Grand River Lodge
Our grandest property, accommodating up to 10 overnight guests and 28 dining guests, is the Grand River Ranch Lodge. A gorgeous 7,600 square foot custom log lodge greets guests with immaculate beauty. Under the care of a highly trained staff, the Lodge is the perfect location to gather for fine dining, meetings, social events, or to enjoy overnight accommodations.
Located in a beautiful grove of mature aspens, the magnificent log and stone Grand River Ranch Lodge offers spectacular views of the rugged Gore Range mountains. From its inviting exterior to the rustic elegance of its rich interiors, the Lodge offers refined respite to owners and guests. Spacious living and dining areas are impeccably furnished to provide both comfort and a warm ambiance.
Grand River Lodge offers four spacious guest rooms located downstairs featuring four king-size beds, two twin beds, and full bathrooms.

Lodge Ammenities
- Large living room with a grand wood burning fireplace, library, games and a 65” smart television.
- Dining room complete with a gas fireplace and heavily stocked copper bar. Complimentary water and soda and the ability to serve up to 28 dining guests.
- Coffee station with fresh ground aromatic coffee, Nespresso machine, milk steamer and an assortment of tea’s. A variety of flavored coffee syrups and condiments are readily available.
- Wrap-around deck with a gas fireplace, gas fire table, BBQ grill, outdoor furniture.
- Outdoor games for the whole family to play including horseshoe pit, yard dice, and more!
- Ability to host cocktails parties for up to 75 people, meetings for up to 25 people, and special events for up to 50 people.
Eco-Friendly Housecleaning
Please rehang any towels you wish to use again and place any towels that you would like replaced in the tub/shower.

Jones Cabin
600 Square FeetWelcoming guests with 600 square feet of inviting space, Jones Cabin sits just above the Jones Reservoir where guests enjoy superb mountain views while casting their fishing rods from the dock or the battery-powered boat. Jones Cabin is our only pet-friendly cabin (additional $35 per night).
